You Are Missed, Rosie

June 15, 2018   /   byGrace Shaw  / Categories :  Uncategorized

Today, there is large void in our hearts as we were forced to say goodbye to our 15 year old, Eryn Rose Shaw. “Rosie” was an intelligent, sweet, sassy, beautiful, funny person who touched the lives of everyone she met. Our Rosie, who wasn’t afraid to speak her mind, and who had passion for the things she believed in will always be apart of every single one of us. I will miss her beautiful smile, and the sassy eye rolls of her big gorgeous brown eyes. I will miss watching her hold our dog, Trouble, as she had such a powerful bond with him. I will miss our fights and our apologies. I will miss saying her name excitedly every time I passed her in the hallway at school. I will miss her sense of humor, and her willpower. I will miss sharing a room with her, and ranting to her. I will miss acting goofy with her. I will miss singing and dancing with her. I will miss working together on chores. I will miss everything that made her, her. We will never be the same again, but the love that we shared with her will push us forward each and every day. Rosie’s suffering is now over, and God is taking care of her. Rosie is now looking down on us and she is at peace. God has taken her in his arms and she will never feel pain, suffering, weakness and hopelessness ever again. You are missed, Rosie. The love that we have for you will forever keep you alive in us. We will feel the love and sadness every second, and when our time comes, Rosie will open her arms to us, and we will be home. #ErynRoseStrong
